HOW DO THE GIFTCARDS WORK?
Do you want to give away a cool present? You can do that with our giftcards! They are easy to order and already available from € 25,- and up. They’re very cool to get, because there’s no more escaping then!
HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFTCARD?
When you’re going through the booking process you will find the opportunity to fill in the code of your giftcard. If you don’t redeem the full value of your giftcard, the rest of the amount will stay valid. Of course it’s also possible that you have to pay a remaining amount.

- The value of the giftcards remain valid for ever
- Giftcards aren’t exchangeable for cash
- Giftcards should be spended at once
- Giftcards can be spent through our website and on our location
- Giftcards are available in values: € 25, €50, €75, €95, €100, €105, €110, €125, €135
- On some of the giftcards the name of the Escape Room is mentioned and are currently valued to the costs of that particular room. OuterGround reserves the right to change the costs for an Escape Room. The value of the giftcard can become too low. Please keep this in mind.
- Giftcards from OuterGround aren’t redeemable at different entrepeneurs.
- Giftcards from Escape Room Rijswijk are redeemable at OuterGround.
