What is an Escape Room?
What is the maximum of participants?
Unfortunately, for safety reasons, it is not possible to enter the escape room with more than 6 people.
The rooms have been inspected and approved for a maximum of 6 players.
Midnite has been approved for a maximum of 5 players.
No exceptions will be made.
What is the minimum age?
There are different age recommendations:
Our escape rooms are suitable for ages 12 and up.
The Execution, Jason’s Legacy, and Midnite are for ages 16 and up. One or two children under the age of 16 may be brought along at your own risk. However, the majority of the group must be older than the age limit of 16.
If a child wants to leave, one of the parents must accompany them outside to take care of them.
What about accessibility?
Unfortunately, our escape room is not accessible to wheelchair users. The rooms are not designed for this purpose, and we are located in a basement that requires you to go down stairs.
What are the costs?
We have two types of rates for classic escape rooms. From Monday to Thursday, the following rates apply:

For our experience escape rooms, you pay the same amount throughout the week: The Execution – €160

Are the Escape Rooms only in Dutch?
Our Escape Rooms can be played for every nationality who can speak and read English

How can I make a reservation and how can I pay?
You can make a booking yourself via our calendar at https://www.outerground.com/escaperoom-boeken during one of the available time slots. The booking(s) for the room must be paid for immediately. Any snacks and drinks can be paid for on site by debit card or cash.
How can I cancel my reservation?
Have you booked an Escape Room with us, but are unable to attend due to circumstances? Then it is possible to cancel – please note that costs may be charged for this.
Prices are subject to change; the current and up-to-date prices are stated in the terms and conditions that you have agreed to.
How can i change my reservation?
Of course! That’s possible! If you want to change your reservation, please call us at: 070-7371215 or send an email to info@outerground.com. Please note that costs may be charged!

Can I park at your place?
Parking is possible, there is a lot of parking space: starting October 1, parking in our neighborhood will be paid parking!
